Newport Beach Lifestyle Photographs

We recently took a trip up to Newport Beach to get some Newport Beach Lifestyle photographs last week and played in the sand and watched the fishermen clean their fish on the pier. While on the sand, I was reminded of a shot I took many years ago in a Black & White photography class in Long Beach. This is a similar shot, although it’s in vibrant color. While taking it, I was noticing other people taking out their cameras and trying to get similar shots to what I was taking. It’s fun taking photos while others are watching you and doing what you’re doing! I was a little humbled to see that others wanted to replicate some of the photos I took at the pier that day. As we were leaving, I saw this pelican posted on the roof of the fishery, he let me take one picture of him before he flew away. Hope you like the results. ~Marvin
