Meet the Staff at Kimble Photography

Thanks for stopping by to meet the staff at Kimble Photography. We began photographing many years ago, starting in college. From there we have grown and have photographed thousands of people and families since we officially opened in 2009. We love our work and hope you do too. Kimble Photography believes that every client we photograph is unique opportunity to challenge our skills and help everyone get the photos they envision. In addition,  we are photographers in this digital age we love sharing out photos and bragging about our amazing clients.  Meet our family below. We look forward to working with you.

We opened our photography business in 2009 just after Marvin earned a Master’s degree in Communications from Ithaca College. Since then, our business and our family have grown! After working in a variety of photography fields including photojournalism, portraiture, and action sports, Marvin wanted to continue to explore his passion for photography so we took the leap and started our own business in family and event photography.

Kimble Photography is a member of the Professional Photographers of America. Our goal is to provide unique and stunning family and event photographs. We LOVE what we do. We like meeting new people and helping capture those once in a lifetime moments and helping create amazing memories. Kimble Photography is a family owned and operated business that offers personalized service. We are intimately involved in every photograph we deliver and every detail of our business. As a result, we take our clients and projects seriously while providing a relaxed and fun experience.

It is our desire that each family and bridal couple display their photographs with pride and we choose only the highest quality professional laboratories and album companies so we can provide our clients with the very best products.

Meet The Staff at Kimble Photography

Marvin Kimble: Behind the camera, orange county photographer, Marvin Kimble has captured some amazing moments in time. Starting as a photojournalist during his undergraduate education, Marvin has continued to provide outstanding images for the U.S. Ski Team, Deseret Morning News, the Provo Daily Herald, Ithaca College’s The Ithacan, Brigham Young University’s Daily Universe and Capture My Utah. His experience as a Ski & Snowboard photographer at Snowbird Ski Resort and passion for action sports give him a unique edge as a photographer. His love for photography has given him experience in portrait, action sports, candid, landscape, and even pet photography.

Marvin holds a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University and a MS in Communications from Ithaca College.

Janni Kimble: Behind the scenes Marvin’s wife, Janni, takes care of scheduling, creative design, and image editing. She has encouraged Marvin’s passion for photography and also has a love for preserving memories through still photography.

Janni holds a BS in Zoology from Brigham Young University and worked as a veterinary technician and practice manager for 13 years. She is now employed by Luke (10 years), Shane (7 years), and Aiva (5 years) Kimble as a full-time mom and amazing editor at Kimble Photography.
