Family Portraits at Oceanside Pier

Family portraits at Oceanside Pier are always amazing. There is something about the pier that just draws out our creativity and it’s always fun to reunite with old friends and have the chance to work with their extended family, especially when we get to photograph their family portraits at Oceanside Pier! This session took place during that crummy “June Gloom” weather where we see the sun for just a few minutes a day on the beaches of Southern California. But that didn’t stop these kids from having a blast in the sand and surf! Shooting around the pier in Oceanside was such a blast. The salty smell of the sea breeze and the warm sand was the perfect setting for this families portraits on Oceanside Pier. This family was super fun to work with too the kids were having fun and laughing while the parents were enjoying the moment. Overall the photo shoot went off without a hitch. Anytime we can have fun with the families that we photograph we believe it to be a successful shoot. What are your thoughts?

Oceanside Family Photo Session

Family pictures at Oceanside Pier can be challenging when the weather or crowd doesn’t cooperate, however as you can see even though the sun wasn’t too bright as the photos turned out amazing and this wonderful family has photos they can hang above their mantles and enjoy for years to come. Oceanside is a beautiful beach town and the pier is the perfect place for family photography. It offers restrooms to change clothing, a boardwalk to create a different backdrop than ordinary family beach photos. The pier is a wonderful place where kids can have fun and families come together to enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Ocean. For North San Diego it is our favorite place to photograph our families.

This was truly a celebration of life and family. They came from all over the western states to be together and celebrate the health and joy of their family.
